how do u make a safety or any players double team a receiver?

i cant get no heat on the quarterback. and folks just throw the ball up and catch it. how can i stop that.

how do u make a safety or any players double team a receiver? Control the guy you want to help with the double coverage(in your case it's the Safety), press triangle+the reciever's icon that you want to double up on+ right on the left analog or D-pad. For EX: Say you want to double up the Circle reciever and you want your LOLB to be the guy who applies the double coverage. Highlight the LOLB and press Triangle+circle+right. And boom, double coverage. -AZwhoopr  |

One of my favorite plays to put pressure on the QB while having good coverage is The play called "QB trap" in Quarter defense. Press L1 up on the right analog(You can press L1 up on the left analog as well, but it gives up any pressure on the inside). And all you have to do is user blitz the blitzing corner on the side, just go around the O-line and go in a direct line to the QB. If someone is scrambling up the middle when you do this, just put your DT in a spy. Hope this helps! -AZwhoopa |
