I want to run a zone defense and let my very good front 4 apply the pressure. only thing is i dont know any good zone plays.

It is tough to find good zones when you have a 4 man rush. But i'd have so say Flat four in dime defense is my favorite zone. Press L1 up on left analog and L1 up on right analog for your line to loop around the O-line.User control one of the CB's that is in the flats and you can cover that side of the field yourself!

nanos are defenitly the best way to go when using the colts. I use them because when i do use a nano, either the nanoer gets through the O-line, or one of their visious D-linemen get through real quick(Freeney, Mathis, Simon). Try my 4-3 nano in the defensive tips section if you are someone who needs more pressure. Teams i recommend using it with would be teams with fast D-lines like: Colts, Packers, Panthers, Rams, Ravens,maybe Giants, Jets wouldn't work that bad either. There's probably more teams i should've named but i can't think of em right now lol.
